Discover Your Inner Superhero!
Ever wonder what makes you fabulous?
We're talking about the real you—your core strengths.
The VIA Strengths survey can help you discover them. It's a system developed by scientists that identifies 24 universal character strengths. These aren't just things you're good at; they're the positive parts of your personality –your authentic self. Focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses can shift your mindset from negative to positive. Learning the language of strengths can help you:
Gain confidence
Build personal or career goals
Build relationships
Dig into your strengths
Understanding your strengths is like having a secret map to success. When you know what you're naturally good at, and you bring your strengths to the table you feel different–in a good way–and those around you feel it too.
In three guided, interactive workshops, you will identify your strengths, dig deeper to really understand them, and learn how to put your new knowledge into practice in everyday situations.
